- What we did
- A Tequendama stand during the residency, with a menu in five languages for the international crowd.

- About 50,000 people per concert, and a very warm response at our stand.

Embassy of Colombia in Spain
- What it was
- The Madrid presentation of the Barranquilla Carnival 2027, on October 5, 2026.
- What we did
- Almojábana cheesecake in individual portions on banana leaf, with setup and table service.

- Representing Colombian food at the presentation of the Barranquilla Carnival in Madrid.
Trade fair
Fruit Attraction, with ProColombia
- What it was
- IFEMA Madrid's international fruit and vegetable fair, from October 6 to 8, 2026.
- What we did
- Patacón baskets with guacamole, sweet mango, lulo reduction and cilantro sprouts at the ProColombia stand.

- Representing Colombian food at the ProColombia stand, in front of the fair's trade audience.
