The Colombian picada is a large sharing platter of grilled or fried meats (chicken, pork, chorizo, blood sausage, chicharrón) with sides such as papa criolla, cassava, plantain and arepa. It's the food of get-togethers and weekends. At Tequendama Las Rozas we serve it for two to four people.
