There's something we notice every week: more and more people tag us in their photos, message us on Instagram asking about a dish they saw in a friend's feed, or come in for the first time saying “it's been recommended to me a thousand times.” That can't be bought or forced — it's built dish by dish, table by table. And today we want to stop for a moment to say thank you.

From Las Rozas to Goya: a brand that grows without losing its soul

It all started in Las Rozas, with the full menu of traditional Colombian cooking: bandeja paisa, ajiaco santafereño, grilled meats, sobrebarriga — the classic recipes, made the way they are at home. That this project has led to a second location right in the center of Madrid is no coincidence: it's proof that the idea connects, and that more and more of us believe in bringing Colombia to Madrid seriously.

Tequendama Moments, in Goya, was born from a different idea — coffee, bowls and Colombian tapas for the pace of the city center — but with the same high standards as always. It has been very warmly received, and it has made the Tequendama name heard more and more in Madrid: we're no longer just “the Colombian restaurant in Las Rozas,” but a brand with two sides of the same cooking.

The community that helps us grow every week

Much of that growth happens on Instagram. That's where it shows most: photos of a freshly served bandeja paisa, stories tagging us at a celebration, comments from people who discovered Tequendama on someone else's profile before coming. Today more than 28,000 people follow the Las Rozas account and more than 3,000 follow the Moments one — growing every week thanks to everyone who shares their experience. On TikTok we already have more than 3,100. It's a community that no longer just comes to eat; we keep it alive between visits.

If you don't follow us yet, we'll see you on Instagram: @tequendamagrill for Las Rozas and @tequendama_moments for Moments — and also on TikTok. That's where we share new dishes, news from both locations and, above all, what you share from your visits.

A point of reference for Colombian cooking in Spain

More and more often, people write to us from other cities in Spain asking whether we have something nearby, or tell us we're “the place” they take anyone who wants to try real Colombian food for the first time. That's the recognition that matters most to us: not the kind that comes from a campaign, but from people who recommend us because they genuinely liked it.

Thank you for making the Tequendama name heard more and more. We're sticking to the same recipe as always: good ingredients, cooking with soul, and a table ready for you in Las Rozas or at Moments.

Book your table and be part of the next photo.
